HT82K94E is an 8-bit high performance RISC architecture microcontroller designed for USB product applications. HT82K94E is particularly suitable for use in products such as keyboards and keyboard with calculator. A HALT feature is included to reduce power consumption. The mask version HT82K94A is fully pin and functionally compatible with the OTP version HT82K94E device.
